Quality is Good But the order delivered NOT upto the mark

Hey,
The order quality and packaging was all on point but there was a very big mistake done on the mugs. I specifically asked to print the initials on both sides of the mugs but still they were printed only on one side. As this was a special gift for a special occasion, it ruined the purpose for me. If the instructions were followed then it would have been 5 stars straight but due to the blunder I am unhappy with the delivery and first experience with StallionBarware
