And if your team leaders are so cool, how can your workplace seem like just a work-place. Rather, it makes you want to come to work every day with lots of zeal, new goals and fun all along the way!
From how to meet and exceed customer expectations in every project we fulfill, to learning some new and time-saving tricks in MS Excel, from playing board games at work to excitedly showcasing our product range at retail pop-ups and exhibitions, I have not only grown professionally but personally too.
At Stallion, there is one philosophy that is shared with every person who joins the team, and that is – ‘Make your own Stallion Barware.’ That simply means you have the flexibility to work on areas that interest you and things that you’re good at even if they are not a part of your core areas of work. For instance, I love meeting and talking to new people, and so besides my role in marketing, I am often given an opportunity to work on areas such as finding and briefing new vendors and on-boarding new resellers. Since my first day at Stallion, I have come across distinctive opportunities that have pushed my boundaries and brought a greater sense of achievement, especially when every effort I put in receives appreciation and encouragement.

I strongly believe in this and I was grateful to receive the exposure of three big exhibitions across India within a year. Here are some glimpses from Giftex 2019, India Big 7 2019 and Aahar 2020.

As a Marketing person, I feel proud to be associated with Stallion. Here we not only believe but practice every single day – Make a customer, not a sale. Customer satisfaction is an unbreakable promise at Stallion!
